DLZ / DLTS TVS Diode Arrays
Sensitron offers a series of Transient Voltage Suppressor Array devices that are a direct cross to the industry standard DLTS series. These DLZ / DLTS Diode Array devices are packaged in a ceramic, dual in-line, 16 pin hermetically sealed package.
Sensitron’s existing, well established family of devices uses the same technology and process flow as our military level product. Our devices follow the MIL-PRF-19500 flow from wafer fabrication, assembly, through screening and final test. The following part numbers can be purchased in either axial or surface mount devices and screened and tested to the military screening flow. The parts are marked in accordance with the testing performed, for example:
